Periodized for race day or comp prep. Sled, sandbag, wall ball, burpee broad jump. Or the 5-day MGW (Monostructural · Gymnastics · Weightlifting) rotation if you're a box athlete.

5K · 10K

The canonical 9-week Couch-to-5K for beginners. For trained athletes: ladders, mile repeats, tempo, hill work — built on real coach templates, not algorithmic guesses.

Half · Marathon

Progressive overload from week 1 (35% → 100% of peak), cut-back weeks every 4th, taper into race day. Long-run peaks: half at 22 km, marathon at 36 km.
